EMBRACE: Effective Mindfulness, Building Responsive And Confident Educators included a 130-page curriculum training book, 145-page guided workbook, 40-page “in the moment” flip book, 120-card mindfulness card deck, and branded mindfulness product toolkit to support early childhood educators’ mental health and classroom effectiveness.
